Alicia Renner                         

Alicia Renner serves as the Senior Marketing Manager at Franklin Energy Services. She supports the local marketing staff with specialized expertise in residential energy efficiency programs. Since joining Franklin Energy in 2015, she has assisted with the launch and ongoing marketing efforts for market-rate and income-qualified residential programs for such clients as DTE Energy, ComEd, Ameren Missouri and Duke Energy.

Alicia is an innovative marketing leader who has impacted the sales of multimillion dollar entities through well-crafted, multi-pronged strategies encompassing new product development, international market launches, and customer-focused programs. She is well-versed in digital marketing, communications, and brand management. Her more than two decades of experience includes four years with one of the nation’s largest energy companies, where she supported residential and small business programs. She holds Inbound Marketing Certification from HubSpot and is Google Analytics certified.

Alicia holds a Master of Science in Administration degree in marketing and general administration, and Bachelor of Science degree in commercial graphics and design and marketing, both from Central Michigan University.
